In his new role, Madson will lead health care project teams, work with clients to untangle complex problems, and assist with business development.

Madson's other experience includes consulting for Allina Hospitals & Clinics and United Health Group through The Gecko Group. He also served as an analyst and project management office manager at Accenture for clients including Best Buy and Deluxe Corp.

Madson has a Master of Business Administration in Strategy and management information systems from the Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics from the University of Minnesota.
