Payments Executive Joins TranZfinity's Board of Directors

Mr. Waller currently is an Executive Vice President for VeriFone, Inc., where he has served in a variety of executive leadership positions since 1986, including Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Petroleum and Convenience Store Division.

Mr. Waller currently is an Executive Vice President for VeriFone, Inc., where he has served in a variety of executive leadership positions since 1986, including Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Petroleum and Convenience Store Division. Prior to VeriFone, Mr. Waller worked for 11 years at General Electric Company. He holds an M.B.A. from Syracuse University.
